Meet: Heather Casey

I was born and raised in England, but I’m not British! I really value being raised cross-culturally. My parents instilled in me a sense of travel, adventure, and hard work, and this set the stage for who I am today.

I lived in Nepal for just under a year, working as a volunteer in an orphanage and as an intern in the US State Department. This was a bittersweet life experience for me because I realized that my dream of being in the CIA would not come to fruition: the pace would be too slow! (ACTION) Even though it might seem like I live and breathe work, it’s really only one part of what makes me, me.

I spend a lot of time outdoors and having adventures with friends. I love athletic challenges where I can compete against myself: I’ve climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, trekked to Everest Base Camp, and hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.

I’ve competed in seven triathlons, have been water skiing since I was two years old, and am a damn good swimmer.

I just recently moved to Boise, Idaho and I’m enjoying the adjustment to a slower pace of living after so many years in Silicon Valley. I get to spend more quality time with the light of my life, my 2 year old son Holden.

I’m so excited about the future of PartnerHero because I believe we have something truly special here.

I have high expectations of the people around me, and that’s because I feel strongly about us living up to our potential, and creating something amazing that we can enjoy for many years to come.

I am so grateful for each and every one of you. You’re the reason I come to work each day. So stand tall, work hard, and be proud of who you are.
