The PartnerHero - Roofstock Partnership

  • The PartnerHero - Roofstock relationship started on February 10, 2020.
  • Originally launched with one dedicated Team Lead and one Level 2 associate, both located in San Pedro Sula.
  • A second Level 2 associate was added in March 2020.
  • We currently offer coverage from Monday to Friday, spanning 11 hours per day.
  • Our specialty for this program focuses on SDR Associates

Partnership Origins & Boot-up Stage

PartnerHero previously had a relationship with a point of contact on another program. This person remembered the outstanding service received from PH and directly reached out to try and figure out if PartnerHero could find sales reps to help their business.

The first step was understanding the partner's needs and expectations.

Defining the right profile for the role and then worked with recruitment to ensure we found the right candidates for the position.

Being 100% involved in the training process to ensure the team fully understood the company and its operation. Cover any gaps along the way on our end for training and extra coaching as needed. Add one-week of nesting for the associates after training, giving them room to adapt and make mistakes.

Then off to a successful live launch with continued monitoring, coaching, 1:1's, team meeting, and huddles as needed.

Another critical step is continued partner communication.

  • 133 MPF (33% increase MoM)
  • 95 signed PSAs (14% increase MoM)
  • 213 active buyers (27% increase MoM)
  • 67 closes (8% increase MoM) – officially!

I’d like to give special recognition to those who exceeded their numbers and made May a complete success. On the SDR side, Sam surpassed his stretch goal of 45 SALs by 1, now holding the record for the most SALs in a month! Andres pass the 100 SQL mark, finishing May with 108 SQLs total.
The 3-man team pivoted multiple times during the month to adjust to the needs of the team and ever-changing COVID environment. Despite many new directives, they were able to close out the month with 291 appointments booked, increasing their SQL to SAL conversion rate by 8% MoM.
